Seven days to be sure. Straightforward, with no restocking fees on eligible returns.
Window
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the condition received, with all original packaging and tags.
Eligibility
Most items are returnable. Any listing marked final sale is not eligible. Worn, altered or damaged items cannot be accepted.
How to start
Email care@cavellehealth.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We reply with return instructions within one business day.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of the item being received and inspected.
Authenticity guarantee
If an item is ever found not to be authentic, we refund the full purchase price and return shipping, at any time.
